The terms governing your use of Agentcraft and its software subscriptions.

Who provides the service
Agentcraft is operated by Agentcraft Bilgi Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi, Kirazlıdere Mah. Eski Ankara Cad. No: 4B, İç Kapı No: 16, Çekmeköy/İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact info@agent-craft.ai for service, billing, or legal questions. These terms apply to our website and software service. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.
The service
Agentcraft provides web-managed AI software development agents, project workspaces, and integrations for planning, design, implementation, testing, and review. Features, project limits, users, and AI allowances depend on the plan shown at purchase. Enterprise services may be subject to a separate written agreement.
Accounts and integrations
Provide accurate account information and protect your login and integration credentials. Only connect repositories, accounts, data, and services you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and for complying with the terms of connected providers. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
AI usage and outputs
Plans may use your own AI-provider access or include managed AI usage. Your own provider may charge you separately and apply its own limits. Managed AI allowances are subject to your plan. AI outputs can be inaccurate, insecure, or infringe third-party rights. Review and test outputs before relying on them or deploying changes. Automated workflows can modify connected projects within granted permissions. Agentcraft does not guarantee production readiness, a particular business outcome, or uninterrupted availability.
Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize us to process that content and pass necessary material to connected services to operate the workflows you request. Rights in generated outputs remain subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms. Do not use Agentcraft for unlawful activity, malware, unauthorized access, privacy or intellectual-property infringement, spam, or evasion of provider restrictions. Do not disrupt the service or share access beyond your plan.
Subscriptions and payments
The price, currency, billing interval, taxes, and applicable usage limits are shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew for the stated billing interval until cancelled. The payment provider or merchant of record identified at checkout processes your payment; its applicable purchase terms also apply. A trial does not itself authorize a charge: paid billing requires a purchase. Price changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
You can request cancellation through the billing controls available for your subscription or by emailing info@agent-craft.ai from your account email. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains refund requests; mandatory consumer rights and applicable merchant-of-record terms remain unaffected.
Availability and suspension
Maintenance, third-party outages, usage limits, payment failures, or security incidents can affect availability. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, misuse, or a security or legal requirement. Contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Keep independent copies of important project materials; cancelling billing is not a request to delete your personal data.
Responsibility and legal rights
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections. Turkish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts and authorities available under the law applicable to them.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The revision date appears on this page; material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated through an appropriate account channel. Questions and complaints can be sent to info@agent-craft.ai.
