Refund and Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an Agentcraft subscription or request a refund.

Contact and scope
This policy applies to Agentcraft software subscriptions provided by Agentcraft Bilgi Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi. For billing help, contact info@agent-craft.ai. A separately signed Enterprise agreement may contain additional terms, subject to mandatory law.
Cancel a subscription
Use the billing controls available for your subscription or email info@agent-craft.ai from your account email to request cancellation before the next renewal. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and leaves access available until the end of the paid period. It does not automatically refund previous charges or delete your account and workspace data.
Request a refund
Email info@agent-craft.ai with your account email, order or invoice reference, payment date, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or API keys. We assess requests individually, including duplicate or incorrect charges, service delivery problems, relevant usage, and applicable legal rights. We do not offer an unconditional money-back guarantee. Where a refund is required by law, discretionary assessment does not limit that entitlement.
Merchant-of-record purchases
The seller and payment provider are identified on your checkout and receipt. For purchases sold by Paddle, you may also request help or a refund at paddle.net, and Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy apply. Mandatory rights and any more protective applicable rights prevail. For purchases through another provider, follow the support instructions on your receipt or contact us for assistance.
Usage, renewals, and processing
Cancellation, a downgrade, or an unused AI allowance does not automatically create a prorated refund or cash credit. Renewal charges and consumed AI usage are considered when assessing discretionary requests, without limiting mandatory rights. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method where supported; timing depends on the provider and bank. A full refund may end access for the refunded subscription period.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or remedies for defective services. Whether a withdrawal right applies to immediately supplied digital content or services depends on applicable law and any valid consent and acknowledgement obtained at purchase. We do not treat merely viewing this page as a waiver of those rights.
